We consider your company’s participation in this event as a valued Corporate Sponsor of the tournament. This tournament’s reputation for providing an outstanding value for our Corporate Sponsors continues to spark a tremendous level of interest each year. As a result, our waiting list continues to grow.
As long as your payment is received on-line or post-marked by the stated deadline, you are guaranteed participation in this year’s tournament. We can only guarantee the same number of teams that you entered in last year’s tournament.
After the deadline, remaining spots will be filled by those on our waiting list. Current Corporate Sponsors wishing to add teams please go ahead and send in your entry fee before the deadline to ensure that you are added to the waiting list. In the event we can not accommodate your additional teams, your money will be fully refunded.

Again, this year’s tournament is guaranteed to be not only the largest tournament of its type on the Gulf Coast, but also the largest social gathering for the most prominent decision makers in our various industries. Since our inception over 20 years ago, we have diversified our sponsorship base far beyond the Oil and Gas industry to include the large Industrial base along the Gulf Coast.
This year we are expecting over 600 golfers from 12 to 14 states throughout the
